Complaints are considered immediately, but not later than 3 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product. In such a case, please contact the Customer Service Center at: +359 896892014 and email: info@inisess-shop.com

For all products purchased in the store www.inisess-shop.com, which are inconsistent with the contract, you have a 2-YEAR WARRANTY from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

If you have paid for the order in cash upon delivery and provide us with a bank account number, the refund will be made to the specified bank account. In case of electronic payment PaySera, the return will be made to the same bank account / card with which the first transaction was made.

You can check the status of the returned product by logging in to your account and selecting the Return section.

At the time of confirmation of return you will receive an email notification at the address specified in the order.

Refund of a specific payment will be made within 5 to 14 days, according to the conditions set out in the law. Put a return form in the shipment. A logistic return label will be provided by the courier.
