Delivery price

Standard delivery price (outside the promotion period):

Orders under BGN 100. - delivery price to the offices of the courier company BGN 5.5, to the address BGN 6.95

Orders over BGN 100. - FREE SHIPPING

We offer test and inspection service of the shipment. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Returned products must not bear traces of use, be in the original packaging and with the original label.

Delivery time
Orders placed by 5:30 p.m. on working days are processed on the same day. Made after 17:30. and those on non-working days are processed on the first following working day.

Delivery to the customer takes 24 hours from the processing of the order.

In view of the current situation in Europe, delivery may take 2-3 working days from the processing of an order.

EXAMPLE:

If the order is placed on Tuesday at 17.00 - the shipment will be processed on the same day with expected delivery to the customer on Friday.

If it is made on Saturday at 12.00 - the shipment will be processed on the same day, made on Saturday at 14.00, the shipment will be processed on the first working day.

In exceptional cases, the above deadlines may be extended, and the customer will be informed by the store staff as soon as possible.
